1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the “Done-For-You Salon Policy & Procedure Manual” (the “Product”) provided by Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By completing your purchase on our website, you (“you”, “the purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Licence and Intellectual Property

2.1 All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd.

2.2 Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the Product solely within your own salon business for internal operational purposes.

2.3 You must not, without prior written consent:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make the Product (in part or whole) available to any third party.

  • Publish or use the Product (in part or whole) for commercial purposes outside of your own salon.

2.4 Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

3. Purpose of the Product

The Product has been prepared as a general framework for salon operations, policies, and procedures. It is designed to assist salon owners in creating consistency, professionalism, and compliance within their business.

You are responsible for adapting the Product to suit your own salon’s requirements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless you select an approved payment plan.

4.2 If purchased on a payment plan:

  • You must ensure sufficient funds are available on each due date.

  • Failed payments will result in immediate suspension of access to the Product until outstanding amounts are paid.

  • Repeated failed payments may result in referral to a collections agency to recover the outstanding balance. 

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 As the Product is delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

5.2 No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, failure to use the Product, or failure to complete payment plans.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Product is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or representations that the Product:

  • Is legally compliant in your jurisdiction.

  • Is free from errors or omissions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing the Product through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
