SALON GOALS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your enrolment and participation in the SALON GOALS group coaching program, operated by Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd ABN 69 660 376 956 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in the SALON GOALS program, you (“you”, “your”, or “the client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Program

SALON GOALS is a digital coaching and education program designed to support beauty salon owners in scaling their business. It includes weekly group Zoom sessions, access to online training materials (via Kajabi), and a private Facebook support group.

All training is provided strictly for general educational purposes only. While we will deliver proven strategies and professional support, your results will vary depending on your level of commitment, personal circumstances, and application of the material.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access granted to course materials and coaching resources, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

By joining the SALON GOALS program, you waive any rights to request a refund under change of mind, personal circumstances, or perceived value. This includes partial refunds for unused portions of the program.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full program fee as set out at the time of enrolment. You may select either: 

• Pay in Full: A one-time upfront payment.

• Payment Plan: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments (depending on the offer at time of enrolment), with the first payment due at the time of registration.

All payment plans must be completed in full. You are committing to pay the full program fee, even if you choose to stop participating. 

If a payment fails or becomes overdue:

• Your access to all program content (including live calls, Thinkific access and Facebook group) will be immediately suspended.

• You will be given the opportunity to update your payment method and bring your account into good standing.

• If payment remains outstanding beyond 7 days, your account may be referred to a collections agency and you will be liable for all associated recovery fees, legal costs, and interest charges.

4. Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, business results, client growth, or financial return from your participation in the SALON GOALS program.

While past participants have achieved exceptional results, success depends entirely on your individual effort, business conditions, and how you apply what is taught. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outcomes will differ from person to person.

• We make no promises, warranties or representations regarding results.

• Any testimonials shared represent individual experiences and are not guarantees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the SALON GOALS program—including videos, worksheets, templates, training materials, recordings, and systems—is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal business development only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, share, republish or redistribute course materials.

• Use course materials in your own coaching, consulting or training programs.

• Create derivative products using SALON GOALS content.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Program Participation

To get the most out of the program, we expect you to:

• Attend live coaching calls or watch the recordings promptly.

• Participate actively in the Facebook group (during support hours).

• Treat all participants and staff with respect and confidentiality.

• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or unprofessional conduct.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program, Facebook group, or live calls if their behaviour is deemed harmful or disruptive, without refund.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the program at our sole discretion if:

• You breach any part of this Agreement.

• You fail to make payments when due.

• You violate the intellectual property or participation terms above.

If we terminate your enrolment under this clause, you remain liable for the full course fees, and your access to the program will cease immediately.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality of all discussions within the group and any proprietary information shared. You must not share other participants’ personal, business, or financial details without their express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss.

• Loss of income, business opportunity, or reputation.

• Personal injury or illness resulting from your participation.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

11. Acceptance

By enrolling in the SALON GOALS program (either by clicking ‘I agree’ or submitting payment), you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• Agree to be legally bound by them.

• Acknowledge that this is a digital product with no refunds.

• Will honour your full payment plan commitment.
