THE SALON BOSS MASTERMIND – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective from: 10/10/2025 

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your enrolment and participation in The Salon Boss Mastermind, operated by Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd ABN 69 660 376 956 (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By enrolling in The Salon Boss Mastermind (“the Program”), you (“you”, “your”, or “the client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Program

The Salon Boss Mastermind is a high-level group coaching and education program designed to support established beauty salon owners in stepping into true leadership, scaling sustainably, and building long-term profitability.

The program includes weekly group Zoom coaching sessions, monthly guest expert masterclasses, implementation and accountability support, access to digital materials (via Kajabi or equivalent platform), and participation in a private Facebook or community group.

All training and materials are provided strictly for general educational purposes only. While we provide proven strategies, coaching, and mentorship, your results will depend on your own commitment, actions, and circumstances.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital and coaching-based nature of this program—and the immediate access granted to program materials and live coaching—all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

By enrolling, you agree that you will not request or be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) change of mind, personal or business circumstances, or perceived value.

This also includes partial refunds for unused portions of the program.

3. Payment Terms

 You agree to pay the full program fee as displayed at the time of enrolment. Payment options include:

• Pay in Full: A one-time upfront payment.

• Payment Plan: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments (depending on the offer at time of enrolment), with the first payment due at registration.

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to pay the entire program fee in full, even if you choose to stop participating before completion.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue:

• Your access to all content (including live calls, Kajabi materials, and community access) will be immediately suspended.

• You will be required to update your payment method to bring your account up to date.

• If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, your account may be referred to a collections agency. You will be liable for all associated recovery fees, legal costs, and interest.

4. Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, client growth, or financial results from your participation in The Salon Boss Mastermind.

While past participants have achieved outstanding transformations, success depends on your individual effort, decisions, and execution. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outcomes will vary from person to person.

• We make no warranties, representations, or promises of results.

• Any testimonials or case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of your performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in The Salon Boss Mastermind—including videos, recordings, worksheets, templates, training modules, and systems—remain the intellectual property of Lauren Lappin Pty Ltd.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the materials solely for your own personal business development.

You must not:

• Reproduce, share, or distribute program content publicly or privately.

• Use materials in your own coaching, consulting, or education programs.

• Create derivative works based on The Salon Boss Mastermind materials.

Any unauthorised use will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

6. Program Participation

To gain full benefit from the program, you agree to:

• Attend and engage in live coaching sessions or watch replays promptly.

• Participate actively in the community group during support hours.

• Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality toward all participants.

• Refrain from any harassment, abuse, or unprofessional conduct.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program, calls, or community group if their conduct is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7. Termination

We may terminate your enrolment at our discretion if:

• You breach any part of this Agreement.

• You fail to make payments when due.

• You misuse program materials or breach confidentiality.

If your enrolment is terminated under this clause, you remain liable for the full program fee, and your access to all program materials and platforms will cease immediately.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all discussions within the mastermind and any proprietary or sensitive business information shared by others.

You must not disclose, share, or reproduce other participants’ personal, business, or financial information without their express consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

• Indirect or consequential loss or damage.

• Loss of income, profit, opportunity, or reputation.

• Personal injury, stress, or illness arising from participation.

 Our total liability to you (if any) will not exceed the amount you paid for enrolment in the program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance

By enrolling in The Salon Boss Mastermind (by clicking “I agree” or submitting payment), you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

• Agree to be legally bound by them.

• Acknowledge that this is a digital coaching program with no refunds.

• Commit to completing all payments under your chosen plan.
