The Beauty Business AI Masterclass
AI that works for you the way a great team member does, set up in one live session.
There is the work people pay you for, and there is everything you do between, before, and after that, to keep the whole thing running. Most of it lands on you.
You have seen the Reels, the Carousels, listened to the podcasts, and heard about the course your friend signed up for, all telling you that you should be using AI by now. You've tried ChatGPT or Claude a few times, asked for a caption, or to help you reply to an email... and got back something that sounded like a stranger wrote it. So you closed the tab.
And you went back to writing the caption yourself, on the sofa, at 10pm.
It's 8:48pm.
Your last client of the day is gone.
You haven't posted today's reel. The captions for the rest of the week are half written in your Notes app.
And on the list, somewhere between client and the sofa:
- π©The supplier email at the top of your inbox you have been avoiding.
- π©Tomorrow's stocktake list, on a sticky note somewhere on the bench.
- π©Payroll. The team WhatsApp.
- π©The Christmas party plan you said you would have done by now.
- π©A month of content you have not touched.
This is the bit nobody warned you about when you opened your business. The actual job is two jobs.
There is the work people pay you for, and there is everything you do between, before, and after that, to keep the whole thing running. Most of it lands on you.
Here is what's different now.
AI is the first piece of leverage in the history of small business that you can set up in an afternoon, train in your own voice, and have working for you by tomorrow.
No recruitment. No training period. No second pay run.
The reason it has not worked for you yet comes down to three small problems, and all three are fixable in one session.
The AI does not know you yet.
Generative AI defaults to safe and average. It has nothing about you to draw on, so it gives you something that could belong to any salon on Instagram.
No services. No voice. No prices. No clients. No standards.
You have been asking a stranger to write your captions and wondering why they sound like a stranger wrote them.
You have not had the time to set it up, and you do not have the time to learn how.
Setting it up properly is the work nobody mentions. You need to learn what AI even is, pick the right tool, then work out how to give it your services, your voice, your prices, your standards, and your house rules.
The information is out there, buried in forty YouTube videos, eight free PDFs, twelve podcast episodes, and a fresh take on Instagram every Tuesday.
Sorting through all of it would take more hours than learning the skill itself, and you do not have those hours.
You have been told to "pick a tool" and you aren't sure which one would suit you and your business the most.
ChatGPT or Claude or Gemini or Copilot. Plus the AI inside Phorest, Fresha, GlossGenius, or whichever booking software you run. Plus Canva AI, plus Flick, plus every other one your feed serves you at 11pm.
Nobody is telling you which one you actually need. I will tell you, and we will set it up together.
What I'm covering in this masterclass.
-
The proper setup.
We give Claude everything it needs to sound like you and know your business. The piece almost everyone skips.
-
Chat, Cowork, and Code in plain English.
Three different ways to work with Claude, and which one you actually need for what.
-
Connectors.
Plugging Claude into the tools you already run your business on, so it lives where you work, not in a separate tab you forget to open.
-
Skills.
Training Claude on your repeat jobs your way, so it stops sounding like a stranger and starts sounding like you wrote it.
-
The handover list.
The jobs you can give it this week, ranked by impact, across content, admin, client comms, and systems.
-
Live Q&A.
Bring your business, your tools, and the specific work you would love to hand over first.
Here is what changes.
The week after this session, you open Claude instead of your Notes app. You type one line and get back a caption that sounds like you wrote it β because you set it up to know your voice, your services, your prices, and the way you talk to clients.
The email you have been avoiding for a week? Done in two minutes.
The content for next week? Mapped, drafted, and scheduled before you leave the salon.
You stop paying for the scheduling tool, the caption tool, and the email template subscription you forgot you had. One tool does all of it, and it costs less than one treatment.
But the bigger shift is not the time. It is the feeling. You stop carrying the mental load of the work that never gets done. You know what AI can handle, you know how to hand it over, and you know you are not behind anymore.
That is what 90 minutes gets you.
This AI masterclass is for you ifβ¦
- You run a beauty business of any flavour (hair salon, skin clinic, lash and brow studio, nail salon, pmu artist... actually pretty much ANY service-based business!! Solo or with a team) and right now a lot of the processes rely on you.
- You want to make more money and have more freedom, and you can see that the way you are working now is not going to get you there.
- You have dabbled a little bit with AI or avoided it, and you want to be shown how to utilise it properly to save you time in your business.
- You need the accountability of a live session where you can ask questions about your specific business and get real answers on the spot.
β¦and not for you if
- You want a done-for-you agency to run all of it for you.
- You are looking for deep developer-level training.
I'm Lauren Lappin.
Before beauty, I studied and then worked in the IT industry. I have been a geek from way back... I just happened to also love making people look pretty! 12 years ago I opened Allure Lash and Beauty Bar in regional NSW, built it from a one-woman operation into a team-run salon, and eventually removed myself from the day-to-day. I now also mentor beauty business owners to do the same.
My approach to running a business is the same approach I take to everything: simplify it, optimise it, find the leverage. I am not interested in throwing more money at wages, outsourcing tasks I could systematise, or paying for ten tools when one would do the work properly.
AI is not something I learned for this masterclass. It is practically my business partner now!
I use it to write content, manage client communications, build out coaching resources, run my podcast workflow, and replace tools I was paying for separately. I have spent the last year working out what actually works for a beauty business owner (not a tech founder, not a marketing agency), and this session is the result of that.
I am not teaching theory. I am showing you my setup, and we are building yours at the same time.
Lock in your spot today.
Early bird closes Monday 8 June at 11:59pm. The price goes up to $137 + GST after that β but honestly, that is not the real reason to move now.
The masterclass is Thursday 11 June at 7.30pm. Every day between now and then is another day you are still doing it the slow way.
The people who book today are the ones who show up ready. They have had a few days to think about what they want to hand over first, and they hit the ground running in the Q&A.
Book now. Set it up Thursday. Use it Friday.
